Joe is an experienced audit partner in the Financial Services practice at KPMG in New York, with over 24 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to publicly traded global clients in the financial services industry. He currently serves as the global lead audit partner on a public global diversified financial services firm and as the lead partner on a non-audit financial services client, working closely with his peers within KPMG Tax and Advisory. Joe was nominated as an SEC Reviewing Partner in FY 2018 and completed a rotation in the Department of Professional Practice (DPP) at KPMG, where he co-authored and contributed to numerous KPMG publications and frequently spoke on current accounting and audit issues at industry and client conferences. He has successfully served on a diverse group of clients, including companies with leading brokerage and investment banking operations, commercial and retail banking offerings, trust and custody services, asset management, and private wealth banking divisions.
