Bridghet is a Director in financial services with specialization in asset management, private equity, compliance, risk, insurance and treasury. She has a deep knowledge of the U.S. federal securities laws and regulations and their practical applications across various asset complexes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives and investment companies. She has also participated in several clean SEC and FRB examinations with different firms. Her experience also includes implementing new regulations, updating enterprise-wide regulatory risk and compliance assessments and operational controls. She has worked with all levels of Senior Management, Boards and third parties. She was a former CCO for both Private Equity and Financial Planning firms.
